JOHNSON SHOES BERHAD was incorporated in Malaysia as a private limited company on 3 February 1970. Due to the change of management team, the company’s name was converted to JOHNSON SHOES SDN BHD on 8th January 2005.
The company has grown over the years and now has paid up capital of RM6,000,000.00. It is located at No. 10-14, Lorong Mak Mandin Dua, 13400, Butterworth, Penang, Malaysia, on a total land area of 30,600 sq ft.
The core business of the company is manufacturing of the upper leather shoes and boots for both men and ladies. The main customer is direct or indirectly to government ministries (approx. 70%) and to domestic customer (approx. 20%) and export market (approx. 10%). We have 43 years of shoe making skill, “JOHNSON” has expertise and skill personnel, research & design facilities and workforce to offer the highest quality products to our valuable customer. Our brand name “JOHNSON” has been established and it is known to all our customer throughout Malaysia.
Besides producing leather footwear, we have subsidiary plant to produce our own rubber unit soles to meet our own factory’s production requirements. We also have subsidiary company dealing in uniform accessories like leather belts, buttons, apolets, and caps.
The company’s Motto is “TO PRODUCE THE BEST OF THE BEST QUALITY SHOES”.
